Personal data processing policy

Updated 3 October 2026. English translation published 6 October 2026. This policy describes how enquiries submitted through the form on studio.pnlee.su are processed under the PNLEE Studio brand.

What information you submit

Your name or company name, email address or Telegram handle, selected service, task description and an optional reference link. The enquiry also records the first page visited in the current session, the referral source and any UTM parameters supplied in the link. Do not send passwords, access keys, payment details or information about other people.

Why this information is used

To answer your enquiry, clarify the task, prepare an estimate and work on an agreed project. The referral source helps us understand which pages and channels bring enquiries. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to advertising emails.

Where and how it is stored

Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private enquiry log on the website server. An access key is required to view enquiries and change their status. The form does not send your information to third-party AI models. The server's technical log contains the request time, page address and IP address; it is used for diagnostics and protection against abuse.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries in the log are retained for up to 90 days, and backups for up to 7 days. Once an enquiry becomes a separate project, retention of its materials is agreed separately. To correct or delete an enquiry, email flyflarre@gmail.com with the enquiry number and the contact you used to submit it.

Consent and withdrawal

To submit an enquiry, you must select a separate checkbox consenting to the processing of your information so we can answer it. The checkbox is not preselected. This consent does not cover advertising emails. To withdraw consent or ask what information has been stored for your enquiry, email flyflarre@gmail.com. Include the contact used in the enquiry and its number, if you have it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received. If there is no other lawful basis for continued retention, the information will be deleted.
