Overview

The problem behind the interface.

The brief

Build a separate event website for the complex: show venues, photography and event formats, help visitors choose an option and contact a manager.

Scope of the work

Visitors discover the location, compare venues and choose an event format. A manager discusses dates and arrangements; automated booking is not claimed.

Customer journey

A clear route through the product.

01

Discover the location

The hero introduces the lakeside complex and its event formats.

02

Choose a venue

Tabs connect photographs with descriptions of the marquee, hall and gazebo.

03

Discuss an event

Visitors can open an event page, view the menu or contact a manager.

Design decisions

The decisions that shape the product.

01

Photography supports the choice

Images show the location and facilities. Galleries and descriptions sit together so visitors can compare relevant options.

02

Separate event pages

Weddings, corporate events and other formats have their own pages. Shared navigation connects them with venues, the menu and contact details.
